摘要
目前,国有企业知识型员工的流失现象非常严重。根据LMX(领导成员交换理论)分析认为,国有企业知识型员工流失的原因包括企业组织文化影响、薪酬结构不合理等,应通过积极改善企业组织文化、加强LMX训练、引入知识管理、加强知识型员工信息管理等解决这个问题。
State- owned enterprises are undergoing heavy drain of knowledge workers. Research into this issue by using leader - member exchange theory (LMX) shows that the causes of the drain involve influences of enterprise culture and imperfect salary system. To address such a problem, it is of great importance to improve enterprise culture, intensify LMX training, introduce knowledge management, and strengthen information management of knowledge workers.
