摘要
高校教师是高校人力资源管理的核心。目前高校教师人力资源管理中存在管理理念陈旧、人才选聘机制缺乏科学性、激励机制欠缺、教师队伍不稳定和结构不合理等问题。必须针对教师的特点,以人为本,加强人力资源管理。创新管理观念、管理制度、管理文化和管理环境,建立科学合理的教师聘任制,是创新高校教师人力资源管理机制的必然趋势。
At the core of human resource management at colleges is how to manage college teachers competently. These days, however, many problems are identified in this regard, for instance, out - dated management ideas, lack of scientific talent selection mechanism and incentive mechanism, unstable staff members, and irrational staff structure. Given college teachers' characteristics, human resource of this kind should be managed on a human- oriented basis. As far as management mechanism innovation of college teachers is concerned, an increasing trend is to innovate management concept and system, management culture, management environment, and to establish scientific and reasonable teacher employment system.
