On Site Overhaul and Modification of Mitsubishi 220 kV Transformer

着重介绍日本三菱２２０ｋＶ变压器的结构特点；大修主要原因及过程。从而看出日本的工艺要求严格，变压器绕组的绝缘检修处于干燥空气条件，不受空气湿度影响；真空注油时，杜绝了绝缘中气泡的存在，供今后同行吸收、消化国外技术时借鉴。

This paper mainly introduces the structure features of Mitsubishi 220 kV transformer,reason and process of overhaul.Through overhaul of the transformer we can see the restrict requirement of workmanship.Repair of insulation transformer winding is performed in the condition of dry air to prevent from intervention of moisture .This paper also introduces the method of oil infusion at vacuum condition.These can be references for digesting and assimilating imported technology.
