游客对村民肖像付费的转移支付——以箐口村为例

Transfer payment on tourists to villagers' portrait payment——take Qingkou village as an example

游客经常会让旅游目的地人们充当拍摄模特,然而他们也经常抱怨这些模特向他们索取报酬。去到箐口的游客也存在这种苦恼。游客的烦恼是跟他们在现代旅游中要求旅游目的地人们依然"纯朴"有密切的关系。然而市场经济让村民知道给游客当拍摄模特应该得到报酬。双方的矛盾是不利于当地旅游发展的。通过将游客对使用村民肖像的支付转移到由当地旅游主管部门来支付,既可以解决村民肖像权报酬问题,又能满足游客对旅游目的地人们"纯朴"的追求,这样是有助于促进当地哈尼梯田旅游发展的。

The tourist will make the traveling destination people act as the photography model frequently, however, they also complained that these models will demand the reward to them. Tourists＇ worry has the close relationship with the requirement that the traveling destination people still should maintain their ＂Simplicity＂ in the modem travelling. However, the market economy lets the villagers know they should obtain the reward from the tourists when they serve as photography model. The bilateral contradiction does not benefit the local traveling development. By making tourists transfer the payment of using the villagers＇ portrait to the local development in charge to pay, it can not only solve the reward problem of the villagers＇ portrait right, but also satisfy the pursue of ＂Simplicity＂ the traveling destination people needed. It also can promote the tourist development of the local Hani terraced field.
