水平井筛管完井快速钻塞工艺

Fast plud-driling technology for horiztontal well completion

目前水平井上部固井+下部筛管完井工艺及工具不完善,完井过程中所使用的常规盲板钻塞时间长,影响了整个作业周期。介绍了一种水平井筛管完井工艺,对快速钻塞工艺管柱、水泥充填树脂盲板、压胀裸眼封隔器、反循环酸洗与胀封管柱的工作原理、结构、技术参数进行了阐述,给出了现场施工工艺及应用效果。通过应用一种可快速钻除的盲板以及其他配套工具来实现水平井迅速完井,解决了常规完井钻塞缓慢、施工周期长的问题。该工艺的成功应用对缩短完井周期、节约作业成本有重要作用。

Now the technology and tools are not well developed for upper cementing and lower screen completion of horizontal wells.During the process of completion,plug-drilling takes a long time using convential blank cover.In this paper,a horizontal screen piple completion technology is introduced,the working principle,structure,and technical parameters of the fast plug-drilling pipe string, the cement-filled resin blind ram,the open-hole packer,the cleanup acid with inverse circulation and inflate packer string are elaborated, and field application process and results are presented.A kind of blind ram that can be used for fast drilling is used to fulfill fast completion of horizontal wells.This helps solve the problem of slow plug-drilling of conventional completion and a long cycle of construction. The successful application of the technology plays an important role in shortening completion cycle and saving operation cost.
