摘要
任平6井是华北油田一口重点潜山水平井,钻探过程中突遇严重出水层,强行钻至设计井深后,多段产层有油气显示,需要实现分层段选择性封隔、开采、封堵和作业,介绍了选择性完井技术原理,研制了悬挂系统、选择性完井工具系统、封隔器胀封系统等配套工具,阐述了任平6井五级六段式选择性完井施工过程和应用效果。该完井技术的成功应用首次在国内实现了五级六段分层封隔和开采的水平井完井方式,解决了该井由于出水严重和产层需要分段封堵、开采而导致的完井难题,取得了较好的完井效果,为复杂油气藏分层段选择性高效开采和作业奠定了技术基础。
Renping 6 well is an important burial hill horizontal well in Huabei Oilfield.Drilling process is suddenly met with severe water production formation.After drilling into the design depth,there are oil and gas shows in multisegment production zone.So selective completion technology of sealing,exploitation,plugging,and operating aimed at different segments is required.The principle of selective completion technology is introduced,systematic tools such as suspension system,selective completion tools,packer inflation sealing system are developed,the construction process and application results of the five-grade and six-segment selective completion technology in Renping 6 well are elaborated.The successful application of the technology helps tackle the completion difficulties caused by severe water production and the requirement of segmental plugging and production.Good completion results are obtained.It lays a solid basis for high-efficiency selective exploitation and operation in complex oil and gas reservoirs.
