摘要
常规尾管悬挂器由于密封性能差、内通径小等问题很难满足生产需要,为此,对悬挂及密封材料、液压及机械相结合的膨胀机构、膨胀方式、爆破盘等关键技术进行了研究,研制了膨胀尾管悬挂器。介绍了其结构和工作原理,阐述了其技术优点:该技术把膨胀套管技术应用到尾管完井领域,密封悬挂机构采用高强度橡胶材料,膨胀方式采用液压和机械相结合、由上至下的膨胀方式,设计了爆破盘。为检验膨胀尾管悬挂器的性能指标,进行了膨胀尾管悬挂器室内试验,验证了膨胀尾管悬挂器的基本性能。在王102-侧54井进行了侧钻井现场试验,悬挂?95 mm尾管901.67 m。膨胀尾管悬挂器集尾管悬挂器及上封隔器于一身,有效解决了尾管头漏失问题,且悬挂密封可靠,内通径远大于尾管内径,是尾管完井技术的最新发展方向。
Conventional liner hanger has poor sealing property and small path coefficient and it can not meet the requirement of production.So research is conducted on the key technologies of suspension and sealing materials,hydraulic and mechanic expansion structure,expansion ways,and rupture disk.Expandable liner hanger is developed.In this paper,the structure and working principle of the expandable liner hanger are introduced,advantages are elaborated.Expandable casing technology is therefore used to liner completion. High-strength rubber materials are firstly adopted for the sealed suspension structure and the top-down hydraulic and mechanic approach.To test the performance indexes of expandable liner hangers,lab test is carried out.Through the test,the basic performance of expandable liner hanger is verified.The first domestic sidetrack drilling field test is launched in Wang102-Ce54 well,with ?95 mm hanger and 901.67 m liner.As a derivative technology of expandable casing,expandable liner hanger combines the functions of liner hanger and upper packer in one,effectively solving the problem of liner loss.Moreover,it has reliable sealing performance,of which the inner path coefficient is far greater than the inner diameter.So it is the newest development trend of liner completion technology.
