Water plugging technology of horizontal well in Jidong Oilfield

摘要 随着开发的深入,冀东油田部分水平井出现了高含水问题,由于水平井井身结构复杂、井斜大,侧钻井油层段井眼尺寸小,常规的机械卡水工艺无法实现卡水,而化学堵水费用高、施工周期长、风险大,为此,根据冀东油田常规水平井、侧钻水平井的不同井型和井身结构特点,研究了常规射孔和筛管完井水平井的单双卡技术,同时开发了小井眼尺寸的悬挂?73 mm、?88.9 mm、?101.6 mm尾管完井的侧钻水平井单双卡技术,研制了外径70 mm、54 mm两个系列的小直径卡水工具系列,形成了水平井卡水施工的配套施工工艺,对水平井大斜度井段采用桥塞加水泥封层的复合卡水工艺进行了试验。该研究成果对国内类似复杂结构水平井进行卡水作业具有借鉴意义。 With the in-depth development,some horizontal wells in Jidong Oilfield have high water cut.Horizontal wells feature in complex well structure,high deviation,and small size of wellbore in the sidetrack drilling section,so conventional mechanical water plugging technology can not be used.Chemical plugging which is characterized by its high cost,long construction cycle and high risk can not be used to.To solve the problem of high water cut in horizontal wells,according to the different well types and characteristics of well structure of conventional horizontal wells and sidetrack drilling horizontal wells in Jidong Oilfield,single and double plugging technologies are developed for horizontal wells with conventional perforation and screen completion.Systematic small-diameter water plugging tools with diameters being 70 mm and 54 mm respectively are developed.Systematic water plugging technologies in horizontal well are formed.Complex water plugging technologies combining bridge plug and cement zonal isolation are tested in highly deviated section of horizontal wells.The successful development of water plugging technology has universal significance to solve the problem of water plugging in similar horizontal wells with complex structure in China.
