摘要
大纲是教学行动的指南,正确理解《大学英语课程教学要求(试行)》是十分必要的,否则,教育管理者和教师就会在思想上出现混乱,导致教学的无序和低效。《教学要求》的灵魂应该体现时代的呼唤,体现人的心理特征与教育规律,也要体现知识的学习与综合技能的同步发展。因而《教学要求》意味着各种挑战,教育工作者必须处理好"并重"与"优先"之间的关系,理顺教学元素之间、知识与各技能之间的关系,优化教学环境。
Outline is a guide to action. Thus, correct understanding of College English Curriculum Requirements (on trail) is very necessary. Otherwise, the ideological confusion is easy to come to teachers and education administrators which will cause disorder and inefficiece in teaching. The soul of Teaching Requirements should reflect the era summon, embody the psychological characteristics of people and education law, as well as the synchronous development of knowledge learning and comprehensive skills. Therefore,Teaching Requirements signifies all challenges, in which educators must deal with the relationship between "equal weighty" and "priority" ,and make clear the relation between teaching elements, knowledge and skills so as to optimize the teaching environment.
