高职学生的综合素养对其就业与未来发展非常重要,高职教育的特点对提升学生素养提出了新的要求。高职学生的素养教育应以隐形教育为主,大力开展工学结合,多重因素结合,全方位系统推进。

The Character and all-round ability are very important for the career development of higher vocational school studnets. The characteristics of higher vocational education have made a new requriement for developing students＇ character and all-round ability. Character education should be mainly based on stealth education, using a combination of both learning and practicing, considering multiple factors and running an all-round coorperation system.
