Preventative Maintenance and CAP Reduction Sealing Technology of Asphalt Pavement

分析了沥青路面的使用性能在载荷与环境因素的反复作用下的衰变特性,通过采用预防性养护技术,可以保持良好的道面状态,预防和控制病害的发生与发展,保证行车安全,减少维修费用。应用CAP再生还原剂进行预防性养护可明显改善混合料性能,增加集料粘结力,密封微裂缝,防止集料松散。

The decaying characters of application performances on asphalt pavement under loading and environmental factors were analyzed. Preventative maintenance technology was adopted maintain good state of pavement while prevent or control occurrence and development of disease. The traffic safety could be guaranteed and maintenance cost decreased. The adoption of CAP regenerated reduction sealing reagent could improve the properties of asphalt mixture greatly, such as increment of bonding force, sealing of mierocracking, forbidden of the aggregates loosening.
