摘要 水塔作为玻璃厂生产中一个重要的构筑物,其设计可按现行结构设计理论和规范进行,而无需参照已废止的图集。倒锥壳水箱的支筒式水塔,其附加弯矩占其筒身截面内力的组合值中很大比重,其影响比地震弯矩和风压力矩都要大,应采取有效措施减小附加力矩的影响。在处理大量的水塔内力和截面设计等数值计算方面,利用EX-CEL的强大公式编辑和计算功能,有效的提高计算和设计速度。 Water tower as an important structure in glass plant production, its function can not be replaced. Water tower above 300 m^3 needs to be designed according to the current structure design theory and specification by oneself. For the cylindrical rower that adopted inverted cone water tank, its additional bending moment takes the large proportion in the combination value of internal force on cylindrical body section. And its influence is larger than that of earthquake bending moment and moment of wind pressure, so effective measures should be adopted to reduce the influence of additional moment. In dealing with some aspects of large numeric.al calculation for internal force of water tower and design of cross section, the strong equation editor and calculation function of EXCEL are adopted to enhance the speed of calculation and design.
