豫西北农户收入的影响因素分析——基于2007年河南西北部4村的实证调研

The analysis of farm household income influence factor in northwest of Henan province

通过对河南4村466户农户的实地调研数据,选择人均耕地面积、家庭固定资产、平均教育年限、家庭打工人数比例以及家庭负担系数这5个因素对农户人均纯收入的影响进行回归分析.结果发现:①耕地面积与收入之间呈正相关性,即在其他条件不变的情况下,每增加一亩的土地面积,人均纯收入增加509.67元.②生产性固定资产拥有量与收入呈正相关,即家底的‘厚薄’是影响人均纯收入的因素之一.③平均受教育年限每增加一年,人均纯收入就增加216.15元.④打工人数比例与人均纯收入之间不相关.⑤家庭负担系数与人均纯收入呈明显的负相关.对分析结果做出合理解释,并提出建议.

Based on the survey data of 466 rural households in rural areas of Henan Province, through regression analysis the effect factors to household＇ s per person incomes by selecting five factors. Including land per capita, household permanent assets, average educated years, the proportion of working for others in family, and household dependency coefficient. Finding：the factors as land per capita, household permanent assets and average educated years are positive correlation with household per person incomes, while the factor as household dependeney coefficient is negative correlation, and the proportion of working for others in family is irrelevance, To make the reasonable explanation by analyzing the results and give advice.
