针对我国速度轮滑运动目前存在的问题,从提高教练员的科研意识,完善教练员岗位培训体系,加强体育科研人员与教练员、运动员之间的相互沟通和交往及对速度轮滑市场及相关产品的开发,走社会化、产业化的道路,使速度轮滑运动经费来源多样化等方面做出相应的对策,以期为我国速度轮滑运动的开展提供有益的参考.

According to the existing problems and the current situation of the roller speed skating,provided some strategies on the development of this sport from different aspects such as trying to improve coaches′s scientific research consciousness and perfect the post training system of coaches,helping to make more communications between the sports scientific research personnel and the coaches and the athletes,developing the market and the related products of roller speed skating and taking the road of socialization and industrialization,and diversifying the sources of funds of this sport.It is hoped that the suggestions given in this article could be useful for the development of the roller speed skating.
