纳米AIOOH晶体水热生长习性及成核机理

摘要 晶体的生长形态不仅取决于晶体的内部结构,而且还与外部环境有关。通过调控温度、pH添加多组分添加剂的方式,对AlOOH在水热过程中的生长习性进行了全面细致的分析。采用先进的高分辨扫描电镜、透射电镜以及X光衍射仪对实验样品进行了形貌、晶体结构等方面的详细分析和检测,利用扫描电镜附带的能谱仪定性对水热后的颗粒表面进行了元素的定型分析和成分的定量分析。通过对大量实验数据的分析、归纳和整理,揭示了AlOOH在不同介质环境中的生长习性,总结出其生成针状、片状、块状和近球形的椭圆状颗粒的PH特点及温控环境,结合晶体结晶理论,探索了纳米AlOOH晶体的成核机理。 The crystal growth morphology depends not only on the internal structure of crystals, but also on the external environment. Through the ways of controlling temperature, and pH, adding multi-component additive, the growth habits of AlOOH in hydrothermal crystallization process have been analyzed in detail. By using advanced high-resolution scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction instrument, the morphology, crys tal structure and other properties were determined and analyzed. After the hydrothermal process, the shape and quantitative elementary composition of the particle surface were analyzed with the energy spectrometer attached to the scanning electronic microscopy. Through the analysis of a large number of experimental data, the growth habits of AIOOH in different environment are revealed,, the different temperature and pH conditions for getting different shapes of crystal, such as needlelike, sheet like, bulk and ellipsoidal, were also explored. Combined with the crystal theory, the nucleation mechanism of nano AlOOH crystal was studied.
