摘要
组合体读图是工程制图中的难点和重点,针对传统读图方式仅凭想象建立空间立体形状的不足,提出了一种利用三维CAD成型法进行组合体读图的方法。三维CAD成型法的读图方式是首先根据已知视图的外轮廓建立基本体,然后对其他特征线框进行增料或除料得到实体。通过实例说明,该方法不仅能使平面的视图和空间的立体之间瞬间联系起来,而且能在三维造型的过程中深刻理解体的形成过程及意义,提高二维和三维图形间的分析转换能力,具有模式固定,规律性强,读图速度快等优点。
Reading of assembly drawing is the key work but the difficulty in engineering drawing. With the traditional way of drawing's reading, the three-dimentional form is set up just following one's imagination, according to this limitation a reading method based on 3D-CAD solid modeling is proposed. First of all, basic solid is made according to the outside outline of given drawing, next, the solid is built by adding or cutting other characters. This method can be used to not only connect 2D drawing and 3D modeling, but also help to understand the signification and process of the solid's formation. The application of this method shows that it is a method with fixed mode, strong regularity, fast reading speed, and some other advantages.
