摘要
在宁夏西夏热电一期2×200 MW工程2号机组调试过程中,发现危急遮断器1号偏心飞锤提前飞出而汽轮机又未遮断的严重现象,对此问题发生的原因及处理方法进行了论述,并通过机械超速试验来验证处理措施的正确性。
In the course of debugging the first phase of Xixia thermal power plant 2 × 200MW engineering, it occurred a serious phenomenon of 1# eccentricity fly hammer of emergency tripper flying off ahead of time whereas the steam turbine had not tripped, the paper makes analysis on the reason of the problem and its solving method, and its correctness has been verified by mechnical over speed test.
