磨屑粉填充EPDM配方的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对乙丙橡胶填充PMMA磨屑粉后的结构和性能及配方进行了研究。结果表明:随着磨屑粉平均粒径的降低,EPDM胶料拉伸强度增加,同时断裂前最大拉伸强度下降;扫描电镜分析表明随着磨屑粉粒径的减小,磨屑粉与胶料的相容性增加。经济的填充物是平均粒径为190μm的PMMA磨屑粉。 The structure and properties of ethylene propylene diene monomer filled with PMMA powder were investigated. In addition, the recipe of the blending was discussed, too. The result of mechanical test shows that the tensile strength of the blend increases as the average particle diameter of powder becomes smaller, while the maximum strain before fracture of blend reduces. Combing the scanning electron microscopy photographs of fracture surface appearance, the specific surface area of the filler enormously increases as the average particle diameter becomes smaller. It should be economical recipe that the Blend was filled with PMMA powder of the size of 190 μm.
