The treatment of splenic rupture with 176 cases report

目的探讨脾破裂的治疗经验,总结不同情况下脾破裂的最佳治疗方案。方法回顾性分析10余年收治的176例脾破裂的治疗情况。结果非手术治疗36例(20.5%),均治愈。手术治疗140例(79.5%),除1例术后2h死亡外,其余的均一期手术成功,治愈出院。结论脾破裂在确保伤者生命安全的前提下,应尽可能保留脾脏形态及功能,严格掌握手术指征。不轻易切除脾脏,也不能盲目保脾,应以患者的实际情况选择最佳的治疗方案。

Objective To inbestigate the experience of the treatment of splenic rupture.Summed up under different circumstances the best treatment of spleen.Metheds Retrospective analysis of more than 10 years period of treatment of 176 cases splenic rupture. Results Non-surgical treatment of 36 cases （20.5%） were cured. Surgical treatment of 140 cases（79.5%）, with the exception of lcase of death after 2h ,the remaining operation were successful and patients discharged. Conclusion In ensuring the safety of patients under the premise of life, should be retained as far as possible the form and function of the spleen, and should be based on the actual situation of patients in choosing the best treatment.
