小骨窗显微手术治疗高血压性脑出血30例临床分析

30 Cases Clinical Analysis of Microsurgery with Small Bone Window in Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的总结显微手术治疗高血压性脑出血的经验。方法32例均在全麻下行小窗开颅、清除血肿手术。结果死亡4例,存活28例,随诊3月ADL(日常生活能力)分级:Ⅰ级7例,Ⅱ级9例,Ⅲ级6例,Ⅳ级4例,Ⅴ2例。结论该手术创伤小,清除血肿效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the microsurgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage experience. Methods 32 patients were in the small window anesthesia craniotomy, surgery to remove the hematoma.Results 4 deaths, survival in 28 cases were followed up in March ADL （activities of daily living） Rating： I grade 7 cases, II grade 9 cases, III grade 6 cases, IV grade 4 cases, V 2 cases.Conclusion The surgical trauma, to remove the hematoma results are obvious, are worth promoting.
