加装颗粒物捕集器的城市公交车辆加载减速烟度和功率实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了验证柴油车颗粒物捕集器在公交车辆上的使用性能,采用柴油车加载减速工况法,分别测试了安装柴油车颗粒物捕集器前、后车辆的烟度和功率,分析了安装不同颗粒物捕集器后车辆烟度和功率产生变化的原因.分析结果表明:车辆安装同一过滤载体而不同再生方式的颗粒物捕集器后,随着行驶里程的增大,柴油机烟度降低率和功率都有所下降,烟度过滤效率取决于车辆技术状况和颗粒物捕集器的过滤性能;安装被动催化类捕集器的车辆功率受排气温度和催化剂影响较大,而安装主动再生类捕集器的车辆功率受再生效果影响较大. In order to verify the performance of diesel particulate filter on city bus, by the Lug- Down mode, the exhaust smoke and the power output on city bus before and after installing diesel particulate filter is tested. Two types of diesel particulate filter with initiative regeneration and passive regeneration is installing on a type of city bus, and the test result of the exhaust smoke and the power output changes with two types of diesel particulate filter. The experimental investigation result indicates that the exhaust smoke and the power output are reduced by installing diesel particulate filter, and at the same time, the reduced degree depends on the technical conditions of city bus and the performance of DPF.
