摘要 汉川电厂2号发电机因剧烈振动停产,经诊断振动是由转子线圈滑动层的故障引起,这种故障使线圈膨胀受阻,并影响通风的均匀性,结果引起发电机转子的热弯曲。大修前通过热平衡改善振动,保证了机组安全运行。大修期间更换全部楔下垫条,消除了热弯曲,使各种工况下轴振动达到优良水平。 No.2 turbo generator in Hanchuan Power Plant was shut down due to violent vibration.The causes for the unplanned outage were diagnosed as follows:the sliding layer fault of rotor winding leaded to hindering winding expansion and affecting the uniformity of ventilation resulted in hot bending of generator's rotor.The vibration was improved through hot balancing before the overhaul,ensuring the safe operation of steam turbine generator.During the overhaul,all the spacing strips beneath the wedges were replaced,and the hot bending was eliminated,so as to make the shaft vibration reach excellent level under all operating conditions.
