北京天坛医院实施限制药品收入比例措施的效果与协调办法探讨

The effectiveness of restricting drug income proportion in Beijing Tiantan Hospital and discussion on coordinating method

目的:研究北京天坛医院限制药品收入比例所采取的各项措施的效果,并提出本院各部门相应的协调办法。方法:利用医院查询系统,对2006-01-01-2008-12-31本院药品收入的统计学结果进行分析。结果:医院给各科室制定药品收入最高比例之后,药品收入比例减少。结论:医院限制药品收入比例是一项非常有效的措施,降低药费给患者带来实惠。

Objective： To study the effectiveness of restricting drug income proportion in Beijing Tiantan Hospital and put forward corresponding coordinating methods. Methods： The statistical results of drug income proportion in the hospital from January 2006 to December 2008 were analyzed by taking advantage of the hospital information system. Results： The drug income proportion was decreased after restricting the highest drug income proportions in each department. Conclusion： Restriction of drug income proportion is effective. Decrease in medicine expenses can benefit the patients.
