摘要
根据公共设施的内在特征及其空间分布规律,将公共设施分为三种主要类型即"时间紧急型"、"距离敏感型"、和"一般服务型"。运用图论、空间聚类理论和运筹规划的理论和方法分别对上述三类公共设施选址优化进行研究,建立了相应的优化算法及其数学模型,并通过实例对上述方法的有效性和合理性进行了实证分析。
The different types of public facilities are Divided into three main types by the intrinsic characteristics and the spatial distribution of the location of public facilities, which are "time emergency-type", "distance sensitive-type" and "general service-type ". It studies on the optimization of the spatial distribution of public facilities Based on graph theory, spatial clustering theory and the method of operational planning, sets up corresponding optimization algorithms and their mathematical models.
