多校区办学背景下高校共青团工作的问题与对策

The Problems and Countermeasures in the College Communist Youth League Work under the Circumstance of Multiple-campus Operation

随着我国高等教育改革的快速推进,涌现出了一大批"一校两区甚至多区"的高校,使高校共青团工作出现了一系列新情况、新问题。合理解决多校区办学背景下文化底蕴差距明显、运行成本急剧提高、发展定位不平衡、组织结构不科学等共青团事业发展的障碍,促进多校区办学中高校共青团工作又好又快发展,是高校共青团必须研究解决的重要课题。

With the rapid promotion of the higher education reformation in China, a large scale of higher education institutes have turned into the mode of ＂operating in 2 campuses or even many campuses＂, which causes a series of new circumstances and problems for the College Communist Youth League Work. Obstacles have appeared in the development of Youth League cause under the circumstance of multiple-campus operation, such as the distinctive gap in cultural background, the skyrocketing of the operation expenses, the imbalance of development orientation, and irrationality of the organizing structure etc. What is urgently needed for the Youth League work is to overcome these obstacles and to promote quick and fine development under the circumstance of multiple-campus operation.
