旅游院校学生实习已经成为非常普遍的现象,但实习活动中出现的一些问题已经影响到了实习活动的整体质量及实习生的实习权益保障。大学生实习活动的有效实施及实习权益的保障,需要学校等各方面共同努力。其中,政府在建立和完善大学生实习制度方面起关键作用。

Although it＇s a common phenomenon for students in tourism colleges to take an internship, some problems appearing in the process have affected the overall quality of internship and the interns＇ rights guarantee. Effective implementation of internship and guarantee of the interns＇ rights need the joint effort of school and other organizations of which the government is crucial in establishing and improving the mechanism of college students＇ internship.
