摘要
高校人事档案管理对建立科学合理的用人机制意义重大,传统的档案管理已经远远跟不上时代发展的需要,高校人事档案管理需要在意识、内容、规范、人员业务能力以及开发利用方面创新发展。
Personnel file management at colleges is of great significance in establishing scientific and reasonable systems of personnel mechanism. Traditional file management has failed to keep pace with the times' development.Furthermore, Personnel file management at colleges will need to be developed innovatively in consciousness, contents, standards, staffs vocational abilities and exploitation.
