浅议高校贫困补助金的合理分配问题

On equitable distribution of subsidies to financially-needed students at colleges and universities

通过对高校"伪贫困"现象的分析,采取调查摸底,分清真伪贫困;建立回收制度,并处一定的罚金;建立诚信档案,加强诚信教育等措施防范"伪困生"的产生。

Through analysis of the phenomenon of ＂pseudo-poverty＂ students at colleges and universities, we can tell who are the most finacially-needed students by investigaion. Such measures can prevent the subsidies from flowing to the ＂pseudo-poverty＂ students as establishment of withdrawing system, penalty, construction of credit files and strengthening honesty education.
