摘要
塔河油田稠油埋藏深、粘度大,原油凝固点、拐点温度高,导致井筒降粘难度很大,井筒举升困难。此文根据各种降粘技术的特征,进一步结合现场测试,分析了油管保温及电加热工艺参数对降粘效果的影响,最终在粘度相对较低的油井选择了保温油管降粘工艺,而对粘度较高的油井选择了油管加热降粘工艺。
Heavy oil in Tahe Oilfield has properties such as the deep - buried, high viscosity, high oil freezing point and high temperature at inflection point, which lead to serious problems that viscosity reduction and wellbore lift are difficult. Therefore, in accordance with characteristics of various viscosity reduction technology, combined with field testing, the effect of oil pipe insulation and electric heating parameters on the viscosity reduction is analyzed, finally the insulated tubing viscosity reduction technology is selected in the oil wells with low viscosity oil, while viscosity reduction technology by electrical heating in tubing is selected in the wells with high viscosity oil.
