A swift and effective evaluation of GSM-R network performance quality is an important means to the GSM-R engineering construction, network optimization and system maintenance. The ways which using the signaling messages from various interfaces of GSM-R system to evaluate GSM-R network performance are obtained in this paper based on the analysis of GSM-R parameters and signaling processes.
