诉答程序是民事诉讼的起始程序,就整个诉讼过程而言,它是民事诉讼程序的基础性阶段。没有诉答程序就没有民事诉讼的启动,因此诉答程序的完善与否也直接影响着整个诉讼程序的进程。而我国的诉答程序极欠完善,应借鉴美国民事诉答程序,建立与完善诉答制度。

The Pleadings is the start of f civil litigation. It＇ s the basic stage of Civil Proceedings to the whole judicial procedure. The pleadings shows high status in the Civil Proceedings, but Chinese Civil Pleadings is lack of perfection. The article intends to reconstruct our Civil Pleadings on the basis of importing and studying the Civil Pleadings of the USA, and proposed the establishment and perfection of the idea of pleading system.
