摘要
针对勘探难度的增大及钻井"提速、提效、提素"的要求,提高和完善工程录井技术水平,使其更好地发挥钻井过程中井下复杂工况及事故的检测、预报功能,从而减少钻井施工风险,提高钻井时效。在总结多年工程录井实践的基础上,克拉玛依录井公司重点开展了引发井下事故的机理分析和准噶尔盆地工程复杂分布规律及特点的研究,以此为基础制定了系统的工程录井作业规范流程。由于上下重视、制度健全,近年来工程录井工作取得了显著实效,发现和预报复杂工况和事故2000余次,预报率100%,符合率96%,钻机月速明显提高,为安全高效钻井提供了有力支持。
According to the increase in exploration difficulty degree and the demand of enhancing 'speed,effect and quality' for drilling,the technology level in engineering logging must be improved and perfected in order to make it play a better role in detecting and predicting downhole complexities and accidents during drilling,thus reducing drilling operation risks and increasing drilling effectiveness. On the basis of summarizing years' engineering logging experience,Mud Logging Company of Karamay developed the study of the mechanism analysis for initiating downhole accidents and the rules and features of engineering complexity distribution in Zhunger Basin,and made a systematic specific process for engineering logging operation by taking this as the basis. As much attention paid to by every sections and the perfect regulation,outstanding actual effects have been achieved in the engineering logging in recent years,more than 2000 operational complexities and accidents were found,the predicting rate reached to 100%,the coincidence rate reached to 96%,the month rate for drilling machine has been increased remarkably,thus providing a powerful support for safety and efficiency drilling.
