摘要
根据邯钢目前铁水紧张的实际情况,通过留渣操作、合理的造渣制度、减少渣量等措施提高废钢比,减少转炉铁水消耗,保证了生产的顺利进行,也达到了降本增效的目的。
Facing the situation of being short of molten iron, we raised scrap proportion through leaving slag operation, reasonable slag making system, reducing slag quantity, so reduced molten iron consumption in converter and guaranteed production smoothly, reduced the cost and increased profit.
