This paper presents the lifting way of held inner borders, and it is applied in oil tank constructions. Compared with the traditional constructing ways, this way shows some merits, such as convenient machine purchase, less air working, better quality and security control, etc. At the same time, it occupies less space and is applicable in more narrow constructions and to various tank types. This constructing way is applied widely and shows economical characteristic.
