在分析新形势下高职院校就业工作现状的基础上,理性而客观地分析金融危机对于毕业生就业的影响,提出就业指导工作的重点及方向。

On the basis of analyzing the career guidance in the new situation, this article analyzed the effect of the financial crisis to the employment of the graduate and pointed out the keystone and direction of the career guidance.
