脑电双频指数监测在全麻诱导中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过观察异丙酚和芬太尼静脉麻醉下脑电双频谱指数(BIS)的变化,了解喉部表面麻醉复合异丙酚静脉麻醉对诱导插管的影响。方法40例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级择期脑部手术患者,微泵持续输注异丙酚,间断使用芬太尼行麻醉维持,诱导中使用1%丁卡因喉头喷雾后气管插管观察BIS值,同使用安慰剂喷雾BIS的变化对比。结果1%丁卡因喉头喷雾后气管插管,患者BIS值变化幅度小,血流动力学更加平稳。结论诱导中使用1%丁卡因喉头喷雾后气管插管,对患者血流动力学影响更小,术中监测BIS,可以更加准确评估麻醉深度。 Objective To understand the influence of compound different third phenol intravenous anesthesia on the surface of throat to the inducing intubation,through observing the changes of brain electricity double frequency spectrum index(BIS)under different third phenol and Fentaini intravenous anesthesia.Methods 40 cases of ASA I-Ⅱlevel patients were selected,treating with the continues infusion of different third phenol by micro pump,the interrupted maintenance by using the Fentaini line of anaesthesia, and the throat atomization by 1%Amethocaine,in order to observe the BIS value.The results would compare with the changes treated under placebo atomization BIS.Results The method of throat atomization by 1%Amethocaine is effective,with the small changes of patient's BIS value and more stable blood stream dynamics.Conclusions The using of 1%Amethocaine throat atomization during inducing can have a smaller influence on patient's blood stream dynamics,and the monitoring of BIS during the surgery is helpful for a more accurate evsculation of anaesthesia depth.
