青辅会是国民党政府在抗战胜利后成立的救济失学失业青年的组织,然而内战的特殊背景,又使青辅会背负了其他的使命,实质上成为一个为国民党内战政策服务的组织。

The Counseling Committee for the Youth＇s Jobs and Studies was founded by the Kuomintang government after Anti-Japanese War,whose purpose was to help young people who were unemployed or dropped out of school.But with the peculiar civil-war background,the organization was endowed other missions.In fact,it became an organization that served Kuomintang civil war policy.
