地方高校的科研工作能否为地方建设服务,不仅对各地区的经济建设和社会发展产生一定影响,同时也对高校自身的生存和发展有直接影响。因此,地方高校科研工作中存在的科研目标功利化、科研成果形式化等问题不容忽视。地方高校应该根据科研实力和地方优势开展科研工作:科研选题面向地方,确立长期科研目标;加强产学研结合,提高科研成果转让率;发挥知识资源优势,为地方提供咨询服务。

Whether the research work of a local higher institution can serve the local construction is of great influence on the economic construction and social development of the area as well as the existence and development of the higher institution.Therefore,such problems as the utilization of research objectives and the formalization of scientific research achievements should not be ignored.Local higher institutions should conduct the research work according to their research strengthen and local advantages： choosing research topics considering the development of local areas to establish long-term research objectives;strengthening cooperation among industry,universities and research institutions to improve the transfer rate of research achievements and make full use of knowledge resources to provide reference service for local areas.
