基于双系统控制双头车床数控化改造总体方案的拟定 被引量:2

摘要 中国是一个传统的机械制造大国,目前一些建厂历史悠久的机械制造厂大量使用着相当数量役龄较长的机床,设备水平落后,远远不能满足现代复杂零件的加工要求。因此,对传统机械制造设备进行改造,解决机械制造业中的历史遗留问题,用现代先进技术对旧设备进行改造和提升,是我国机械制造业丞待解决的现实问题。本文通过对YX-C46-SK中间驱动双头车床(简称C46)的数控化改造,阐述了机床数控化改造前期的总体方案的拟定工作。 China is a traditional mechanical manufacturing country. Currently some plants of a long history have been using mechanical plant of a considerable number of military age and backward device-level, far from being able to meet the requirements of modem machining complex parts. Therefore, to transform the traditional mechanical manufacturing equipment to address the mechanical manufacturing of the problems left by history, with modem advanced technology to transform and upgrade the old equipment is the key for China's machinery manufacturing industry . This article, through the middle of YX-C46-SK-driven double head lathe (abbreviated C46) of NC transformation, describes the pre-CNC transformation of the formulation of the overall program.
