电网建设外部环境中主要利益群体特征分析

Characteristics of the Major Interest Groups in the External Environment of Power Grid Construction

为了分析电网建设外部环境中冲突不同阶段所涉及利益群体的特征及其对冲突的影响,对电网建设外部环境中的利益群体——当地居民进行了问卷调查分析。依据电网建设冲突的不同阶段,从当地村民的个人基本情况和家庭情况视角,对当地村民对电网建设外部环境的认知程度、对电网建设征地补偿标准和方案的满意度以及补偿意愿进行了调研分析。对不同冲突等级下当地村民的特征进行了分析,研究结果为设计有效的电网建设外部环境中的冲突及互适应机制提供现实依据。

In order to analyze features of the interest groups involved in the different stages of a conflict and their influences on the conflict in the external environment for the power grid project construction, a survey has been made among the groups of local residents. Based upon the survey, this paper investigates and analyzes the local residents＇ awareness of the external environment, degrees of satisfaction with the land requisition compensation standards and arrangements, and willingness for the compensation at the different stage in a possible conflict. It also studies features ofthe residents in different degrees of a conflict. The results of the survey and study provide some realistic basis for designing the conflict and mutual adaptation mechanism in the external environment of the power grid construction.
