On Teaching Quality Assurance System after Expanded Enrollment of Local Colleges and Universities

高校大规模扩招之后,带来了经费问题、结构问题、教学质量问题和就业问题。其中教学质量问题已引起全社会的普遍关注,受到政府、社会和学校的高度重视。教学质量保障体系,应强调质量管理"重心下移"和"全员质量意识",充分发挥院系、教研室、教师及学生在教学质量保障中的主体作用,使教学质量保障真正落到实处,监控的有效性、针对性更强,反馈更及时,效果更明显,成为有效促进学校办学水平稳步提高的推动力。

After the expanded enrollment of local colleges and universities, many problems have cropped up, such as, finance, structure, teaching quality and employment. Among them the teaching quality arouses wide attention of the whole society. So in order to guarantee the teaching quality, a series measures are taken. It should stress quality control management on ＂focus down＂ and ＂the quality conscious- ness of whole staff＂. Teaching quality internal supervision for local colleges and universities is not only the tool for teaching quality management, but the driving force for steadily improving the running level of colleges and universities.
