摘要
以行政生态学理论为研究视角,根据我国国情和独特的历史、社会、文化条件,对我国公共管理模式的发展历程、公共管理模式创新的起点与背景进行了分析,并围绕"一种理念,两个转变,三项提高"的思路对我国公共管理模式创新的路径提出了相关的政策性建议。
This paper analyzes China＇ s development process of public management mode, the Starting point and background of innovation in public management mode with administrative ecological theory as a research perspeetive according to China＇ s national conditions and unique historical, social and cultural conditions. It then puts forward suggestions on the innovative approaches to China＇ s public management mode with ＂ the train of thought of one concept, two changes , three improvement＂.
