摘要
劳务派遣作为一种新型的用工形式,为企业的用工制度提供了新的选择。对劳务派遣用工的成本优势和风险进行了分析和探讨,并提出了具体可行的风险防范措施。
Labor dispatching-recruiting-using service is a new form of employing labor forces and provides a new choice for enterprises' system of employing labor forces. The paper analyzes and discusses the cost superiority and risk precautions of labor dispatching-recruiting-using service and comes up with specific feasible countermeasures against the risks involved.
