摘要
认真反思高校学生管理中以人为本思想的缺失,并尝试从理念、内容、方法、机制等多方面入手,积极探索实施以人为本的高校学生管理的有效途径,以期推动新时期高校学生管理工作的创新,促进大学生全面健康发展。
The paper reflects on the deficiency in humanity-oriented ideology of managing university students and makes an attempt to explore effective approaches to managing students starting with various aspects such as concept, content, method, mechanism in order to promote the innovation in managing students and ensure the sound and comprehensive development of university students.
