摘要
对影响学习迁移效果的心理因素、个人因素以及组织环境因素进行了具体的分析,为知识、技能向能力的转化提供科学的依据,并阐述了利用学习迁移理论提高教学效果的建议和策略,以不断提高学生的学习迁移能力和对新知识的感悟能力。
The paper analyzes the factors of influencing learning transfer effect, provides scientific reference for the transfer from knowledge and skill to competence and expounds the advice and strategies of applying learning transfer theory to improve teaching results and gradually improve the students' learning transfer and good understanding of new knowledge.
