摘要
人事代理和劳务派遣是近年来新兴的用工形式,二者既相似又不同,但对高校编外用工管理的规范和完善乃至高校人事制度改革的深化却有着同样重要的意义。同时,为充分发挥人事代理和劳务派遣的固有优势,真正提高用工效益,高校在运用人事代理和劳务派遣的实践中还必须注意几个问题。
Personnel agency and labor dispatch are emerging as employment forms in recent years,and the two are both similar and different.However,they have the same significance to standardize and improve the management of the employment of college supernumerary as well as the deepening of reform of the personnel system.Meanwhile,in order to give full play to the personnel agency and labor dispatch to send the inherent advantages,really improve labor efficiency,colleges and universities in the use of personnel agency and labor dispatch to send the practice must also pay attention to some questions.
