摘要
武广客专新咸宁站站台钢结构雨棚采用正三角形立体桁架结构。施工期间因运营联调联试,交叉作业,吊装安装难度大。根据工程特点及重难点,详细介绍主桁架结构在厂内散件加工预拼装、现场再拼装、科学精确吊装、分区卸载临时支撑体系等施工过程。通过施工方案预控、技术质量把关,确保了工程质量安全。
The steel rain-shelter for the platform of new Xianning Station on Wu-Guang PDL adopts the symmetrical triangle truss structure. The construction coincided with the overall running dispatch and co-ordination trial, which increases the complexity and difficulty of the and difficulties of the construction, lifting this paper introduces how the and erecting operations. Based on the features main truss was first trial-assembled in the factory, assembled at the site, lifted and erected, and then the temporary supports were removed in steps for different sections. The construction quality and safety were guaranteed through strict control of the construction plan and construction technology.
