摘要
为了解双质体给料机工作过程中的应力分布,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS通过谐响应分析对其进行了动应力分析,结果表明整体应力比较小,完全满足强度要求,因此可以对其进行必要的优化,以减轻其质量。
In order to understand the stress distribution during the working process of the double mass feeder, a dynamic stress analysis is conducted in this paper using finite element analysis software ANSYS for a harmonic response analysis. As it turns out, the overall stress is fairly small and completely meets the strength requirements. Therefore, some necessary optimization can be carried out so as to reduce its weight.
