摘要
针对大学毕业生就业问题,从政府支持中小企业发展的政策法规入手,阐述其相关政策法规,分析其实施效果.并提出了完善政策法规的建议,其建议包括:以《中小企业促进法》为依据,建立中小企业人才开发和管理的法律体系;广泛实行大学生实习制度";落实大学生创业及中小企业吸收大学生的优惠政策,创造比大中企业发展更优的政策环境.
There is a close relationship between graduate employment and SME development.In this paper,the author describes the policies and then analyzes their implementation with the support of the government′s policies.In order to increase the employment rate of university students and promote SME′s development,a talent development and a legal system of management of SME should be established and a ＂university student internship system＂ should be set up to create a better SME development environment.
