科技保险服务武汉城市圈建设的几点思考

On S&T Insurance Serving the Construction of Wuhan Metropolis Circle

在阐述大力发展科技保险对武汉地区促进产业结构的升级、推进两型社会综合配套改革具有重要意义的基础上,结合人保财险武汉市分公司的实践经验,具体分析了武汉地区科技保险发展的现状,在投入与产出的匹配上、险种结构以及相关配套政策上存在的问题,并且提出了建立科技保险工作的长效协调机制和科技保险供需平衡机制的政策建议。

For its distinctive industrial set up and geographic location, the Wuhan City has become one of the first pilot cities for countrywide S＆T Insurance. Meanwhile, the construction of Wuhan metropolis circle has provided S＆T Insurance in this city with good developing opportunities. In this article, by illustrating the significance of vigorous development of S＆T Insurance in upgrading the industrial structure and promoting the mutually-supporting reforms of the two-type society as well as the practical experience of PICC Wuhan Branch, the author analyzes the current developing situation of S^T Insurance in Wuhan and the problems existing in the matching of input and output, the structure of Insurance category and the complementary policies. In the end, the author proposes an suggestion to policy-making that a long-acting coordinating mechanism and a supply and demand balancing mechanism be established.
